The Lady’z Lounge is thrilled to introduce The Lady’z Circle—our brand-new, private women’s-only membership club—where ambition meets community, and success is celebrated together! Designed for professional women and female entrepreneurs in the Greater Los Angeles area (and beyond), The Lady’z Circle is all about empowering you to thrive personally and professionally in a supportive, like-minded community.


Applications Now Being Accepted for a Limited Time.

Membership with The Lady’z Circle is by invitation only, with a limited number of applications accepted annually from women whose values align with our mission. Each application is carefully reviewed by The Lady’z Lounge Executive Board to maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our vibrant, private community. Designed for women committed to empowerment, connection, and growth, The Lady’z Circle offers a space where personal and professional development, meaningful relationships, and community service converge to inspire and uplift.

How to Join The Lady’z Circle

Membership in The Lady’z Circle is primarily by invitation, creating a select group of motivated and supportive women. A limited number of applications are also accepted each year.

Member Nominations: Current members wishing to nominate a friend for membership should contact us directly.

Approval Process for Non-Nominated Applicants Only:

  1. Submit Your Application: Share your professional background, goals, and what you hope to gain from The Lady’z Circle, and select your preferred membership level. A one-time non-refundable application processing fee of $150 is required for all applications.
  2. Review and Interview Invitation: Applications are reviewed by our membership committee. Selected applicants will receive an invitation email to schedule an interview to ensure alignment with the values of The Lady’z Circle.
  3. Interview: Conducted by our membership committee, the interview ensures that the applicant aligns with the values of The Lady’z Circle.
  4. Membership Invitation (if successful): Successful applicants, following the interview, will receive a formal membership invitation email.
  5. Membership Payment (if applicable): If you selected a paid membership, your membership payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your invitation email.
  6. Welcome: Upon accepting the invitation (and payment, if applicable), you’ll gain access to our community of dedicated women entrepreneurs and professionals, along with its resources and events.

Not all events, trips, or retreats are included in the membership price and may require additional fees. Members are also responsible for their own travel costs and personal expenses. Participation in these opportunities is entirely optional and can be tailored to your interests and availability.

  • Age Requirement: You confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
  • Alcohol Policy: You understand that alcohol may be served at events hosted by The Lady’z Lounge and agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption.
  • Membership Approval: Membership in The Lady’z Lounge is exclusive and by invitation only, with a limited number of applications accepted annually. Applications are subject to review and approval by the Executive Board, and submission does not guarantee membership. A one-time, non-refundable application processing fee of $150 is required at the time of application submission.
  • Code of Conduct: You agree to uphold a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment within the club, adhering to all rules, regulations, and the club’s code of conduct.
  • Privacy and Confidentiality: You acknowledge that your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
  • Criminal Background Checks: To ensure a safe and secure environment for all members, a criminal background check may be conducted if membership is approved.
  • Liability: You agree that The Lady’z Lounge is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during events or while using the club’s facilities.
  • Membership Dues: You understand that membership dues are recurring and will be charged according to the selected membership package.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: You are aware of and agree to the club’s membership cancellation and refund policies, including the non-refundable nature of dues unless stated otherwise. Please visit Membership Terms and Conditions for more information.
  • By submitting your information, you consent to receive emails from us and acknowledge that you agree to The Lady’z Lounge Terms and Conditions.

Payment & Membership Activation:

  • Membership dues must be paid in full within 48 hours of receiving your approval email.
  • Payment can be made securely through the link provided in the email or via our website.
  • Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in the automatic revocation of your membership approval. In such cases, reapplication will be required, including payment of an additional $150 non-refundable processing fee.

Your membership application cannot be processed without payment of the $150 one-time, non-refundable application processing fee. Please ensure payment is made to finalize your application submission.
