Founding Member Application (Exclusive Opportunity):

  • Complete the Application Below: If you are interested in becoming a founding member, please complete the application below. We are looking for individuals who wish to actively help shape the future of The Lady’z Circle.
  • Founding Member Interview: Selected potential founding members will be contacted directly for a specialized interview with the founding committee. This interview will focus on your strategic vision, leadership experience, and commitment to the long-term growth of our community.
  • Founding Member Offer: Following a successful interview, you will receive a personalized founding member offer outlining the exclusive benefits, including the extended membership advantage and lifetime dues guarantee.

Agreement & Terms

  • Age Requirement: You confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
  • Alcohol Policy: You understand that alcohol may be served at events hosted by The Lady’z Lounge and agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption.
  • Founding Membership Approval: Founding Membership in The Lady’z Lounge is exclusive. Applications are subject to review and approval by the Executive Board, and submission does not guarantee founding membership. A one-time, non-refundable application processing fee of $150 is required at the time of application submission.
  • Code of Conduct: You agree to uphold a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment within the club, adhering to all rules, regulations, and the club’s code of conduct. I also agree to be committed to active participation and contributing to the community’s growth.
  • Privacy and Confidentiality: You acknowledge that your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
  • Criminal Background Checks: To ensure a safe and secure environment for all members, a criminal background check may be conducted if membership is approved.
  • Liability: You agree that The Lady’z Lounge is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during events or while using the club’s facilities.
  • Membership Dues Acknowledgement: I understand that as a Founding Member, I will pay the first year of membership dues. I also understand that I will receive the following two years of membership for free, and that my initial membership dues will commence in year four, and will never increase unless I elect to upgrade my membership tier.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: You are aware of and agree to the club’s membership cancellation and refund policies, including the non-refundable nature of dues unless stated otherwise. Please visit Membership Terms and Conditions for more information.

  • Membership Terms and Conditions: You confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Membership Terms and Conditions.

Payment & Membership Activation:

  • Membership dues must be paid in full within 48 hours of receiving your founding member approval email.
  • Payment can be made securely through the link provided in the email or via our website.
  • Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in the automatic revocation of your founding membership approval. In such cases, reapplication will be required, including payment of an additional $150 non-refundable processing fee.

Your founding membership application cannot be processed without payment of the $150 one-time, non-refundable application processing fee.
