Acknowledgment of Membership Agreement and Terms & Conditions
By submitting your application and payment for membership at The Lady’z Lounge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Membership Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and Refund and Cancellation Policy provided by The Lady’z Lounge.
Key terms include:
- A 30-day written notice is required for cancellations.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- If your application is not approved, you will receive a full refund of the membership payment, excluding the $150 non-refundable application processing fee.
To complete your application, please select “Membership Application Processing Fee“ to pay the $150 non-refundable fee. Applications will not be processed without this payment.
Your application is subject to approval by The Lady’z Lounge Executive Board. Submission of the application does not guarantee acceptance. By submitting your application, you agree to comply with all club rules, regulations, and policies, should your membership be approved.
