  • Age Requirement: You confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
  • Alcohol Policy: You understand that alcohol may be served at events hosted by The Lady’z Lounge and agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption.
  • Membership Approval: Membership in The Lady’z Lounge, including Founding Membership, is exclusive and by invitation only, with a limited number of applications accepted. Applications are subject to review and approval by The Lady’z Circle Executive Board, and submission does not guarantee membership.
  • Code of Conduct: You agree to uphold a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment within the club, adhering to all rules, regulations, and the club’s code of conduct.
  • Privacy and Confidentiality: You acknowledge that your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
  • Criminal Background Checks: To ensure a safe and secure environment for all members, a criminal background check may be conducted if membership is approved.
  • Liability: You agree that The Lady’z Lounge is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during events or while using the club’s facilities.
  • Membership Dues: You understand that membership dues are recurring and will be charged according to the selected membership package.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: You are aware of and agree to the club’s membership cancellation and refund policies, including the non-refundable nature of dues unless stated otherwise. Please visit Membership Terms and Conditions for more information.
  • By submitting your information, you consent to receive emails from us and acknowledge that you agree to The Lady’z Lounge Terms and Conditions.

Payment & Membership Activation:

  • Membership dues must be paid in full within 48 hours of receiving your approval email.
  • Payment can be made securely through the link provided in the email or via our website.
  • Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in the automatic revocation of your Founding Membership approval. If you wish to reapply for Founding Membership, a $150 one-time, non-refundable application processing fee will be required.
