Exhibitor Registration
Registration & Payment
Exhibitor space is limited and subject to availability.
A 50% deposit is required after exhibitor approval to reserve your space. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the conference.
Approved exhibitors must submit their initial deposit within 48 hours of acceptance. Exhibitor space cannot be held without payment.
Final booth dimensions, setup instructions, venue requirements, and logistical information will be provided once the New York City venue and exhibitor floor plan are finalized.
Nonprofit Organizations
Qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations are eligible for a 25% exhibitor discount, subject to availability and verification of nonprofit status.
Customized Brand Engagement
Organizations interested in expanded visibility, sponsored experiences, livestream exposure, or additional brand engagement should contact us about customized sponsorship opportunities.
Selling Products or Packaged Food?
