The Lady’z Lounge is thrilled to introduce The Lady’z Circle—our brand-new, private women’s-only membership circle—where ambition meets community, and success is celebrated together! Designed for professional women and female entrepreneurs in the Greater Los Angeles area (and beyond), The Lady’z Circle is all about empowering you to thrive personally and professionally in a supportive, like-minded community.

Ambassador Approval Process

Becoming an Ambassador for The Lady’z Circle is an exciting and rewarding opportunity. To ensure that our Ambassadors align with our mission and values, we’ve established a clear approval process. Here’s how it works:

Ongoing Evaluation
Once accepted, Ambassadors will be regularly evaluated to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and contributing positively to The Lady’z Circle Membership Circle. The Ambassador Program Coordinator and Executive Board will provide guidance and support as needed.

1. Application Submission
   Interested candidates must complete the Ambassador Application form, providing details about their background, motivations, and interest in joining the Ambassador program.
2. Initial Review by the Ambassador Program Coordinator
3. Once submitted, the application will be reviewed by the Ambassador Program Coordinator for completeness and alignment with the program’s goals. Applicants may be asked to provide additional information or clarification if needed.
4. Executive Board Review
   All applications are submitted to the Lady’z Lounge Executive Board for review. The board evaluates each application based on the candidate’s fit with The Lady’z Circle’s values, mission, and goals. The board may also consider the applicant’s past involvement with The Lady’z Lounge or relevant experience.
5. Interview
   If the Executive Board needs further information, the candidate may be invited to an interview with the Executive Board or the Ambassador Program Coordinator. This ensures that the candidate can meet the expectations of the program and align with The Lady’z Circle’s community-focused goals.
6. Approval Notification
   After the review, the Executive Board will notify the candidate of their approval or denial. If approved, the candidate will receive a welcome packet with details about their responsibilities, benefits, and next steps as a new Ambassador.
