This powerful membership is designed for professional women and female entrepreneurs in the Greater Los Angeles area (and beyond). The Lady’z Circle is all about empowering you to thrive personally and professionally in a supportive, like-minded community.

At The Lady’z Lounge, we believe in the power of community, collaboration, and leadership. Our Ambassador Membership is designed for passionate, driven individuals who are committed to supporting our mission, connecting with others, and helping our community thrive. As an ambassador, you will not only support The Lady’z Lounge circle but also create and grow your own network alongside it, building a powerful and interconnected community together.
What Does an Ambassador Do?
As an Ambassador, you will play an integral role in shaping our community. Your main responsibilities will include engaging in events, mentoring members, and helping to recruit new founding members—all while gaining access to exclusive rewards and opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
Active Engagement:
- Attend 2 events per quarter.
Stay connected and active by attending at least two events each quarter, fostering relationships and staying informed about the latest initiatives. - Engage in 1 online community discussion per quarter.
Participate in online discussions and forums to maintain an active presence and contribute to our digital community. - Complete 1 mentorship or volunteer project within 6 months.
Volunteer or take on a mentorship role within the first six months, helping new members integrate and guiding them on their journey.
Community Building:
- Lead or participate in 1 event or initiative annually.
Ambassadors should play an active role in a circle-related event or initiative, with leadership roles encouraged to elevate your involvement and visibility. - Mentor at least 1 new member within the first year of joining the Ambassador program.
Share your knowledge and experience by guiding new members, helping them feel welcome and supported. - Contribute 10 hours annually to a circle-related project.
Dedicate at least 10 hours annually to volunteering for or supporting projects that further The Lady’z Lounge’s goals and mission.
Growth & Outreach:
- Recruit 2 Professional/Entrepreneur Circle members who are successfully approved within 6 months, and recruit 1 Executive Circle member within 6 months of receiving your free membership. These new members should align with our mission and values, contributing to the growth and strength of our community.
- Participate in 1 cross-promotional activity with an external organization within 6 months.
Help expand our reach by engaging in at least one cross-promotional activity with another organization. - Create meaningful connections by reaching out and establishing relationships with at least 3 new members.
Key Program Details
- Free Membership for Ambassadors:
Ambassadors will receive free membership to the Executive Circle, granting them exclusive access to resources, networking events, and leadership opportunities within The Lady’z Lounge. - Tiered Referral Goals:
The Ambassador program introduces tiered referral goals to prioritize recruitment of Executive Circle members while still encouraging the recruitment of Professional/Entrepreneur members. - Training & Resources:
Ambassadors will receive training and resources to help them meet their recruitment goals, including pitch materials, best practices for recruitment, and guidelines for supporting new members. - Flexibility & Support:
We understand that recruitment can sometimes be challenging. Ambassadors will have alternative pathways to meet their referral goals if needed, including participating in events, cross-promotional activities, or contributing to circle projects. - Ongoing Evaluation:
The program will be evaluated regularly to ensure it’s meeting the goals of the organization and Ambassadors. Ambassadors will receive feedback and support to help them succeed and maximize their impact.
