Conference Voices
Who We Are Seeking
We are seeking Panel Speakers who can contribute more than general commentary. Selected participants should bring meaningful professional experience, subject-matter expertise, credible real-world perspective, and practical insights that strengthen the overall panel conversation.
Because each panel is intentionally designed to include complementary perspectives, applicants should select only the panel topics that genuinely align with their professional background and expertise.
Important Information
Before You Apply
This is a volunteer Panel Speaker opportunity.
Panel Speaker opportunities are limited, and submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
Speakers are responsible for their own airfare, lodging, transportation, and other travel-related expenses.
Selected Panel Speakers must participate in required panel preparation and coordination activities before the conference.
The conference will be presented in person and via livestream.
Panel participation must be educational, audience-focused, and consistent with the purpose of the assigned panel.
Panel participation may not be used primarily to sell, solicit, or promote personal products, services, programs, or businesses.
Applicants should apply only for panels that align with their professional experience, credentials, or substantive area of expertise.

Volunteer Panel Speaker Opportunity
All Connect & Thrive Panel Speaker positions are volunteer opportunities.
While Connect & Thrive is pleased to provide selected Panel Speakers with conference benefits, the conference does not provide airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation reimbursement, travel stipends, or other travel-related compensation.
Panel Speakers traveling to New York City are responsible for their own travel and accommodations. Please consider these requirements before submitting your application.

What Happens After You Apply
Applications are reviewed based on professional qualifications, relevant expertise, panel alignment, audience relevance, and overall conference programming needs.
Application Review
Completed applications are reviewed for relevant experience, expertise, credentials where applicable, and the perspective the applicant could contribute to the selected panel.
Further Consideration
Applicants selected for further consideration may be invited to participate in a virtual conversation with the Connect & Thrive team.
Final Selection
Selected Panel Speakers will receive an official invitation with their proposed panel assignment, participation expectations, and next steps.
Final Panel Speaker selections, panel assignments, discussion topics, scheduling, and program placement are determined by the Connect & Thrive Women’s Conference leadership team.
