Thank you for your interest in becoming a local volunteer speaker at the Connect & Thrive Women’s Conference! To be eligible, speakers must reside within the greater Los Angeles, CA area.
Second Keynote Speaker – Who We’re Looking For
We’re excited to announce the addition of a second keynote speaker to our lineup! We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring volunteer keynote speaker who aligns with our conference theme, “Building Bridges, Breaking Barriers,” and whose expertise lies in strategic professional advancement, business growth, or impactful leadership. Please note, we are not seeking keynote speakers whose primary focus is mental health and wellness, that will fall under the Health & Wellness Panel below.
We are seeking someone who:
✅ Has a compelling story of overcoming challenges and achieving demonstrable success in their career or entrepreneurial ventures.
💡 Can provide actionable strategies and practical insights relevant to navigating the complexities of today’s professional landscape.
🌟 Is passionate about empowering women to achieve tangible results and build sustainable careers or businesses.
✨ Can deliver an engaging and impactful presentation that inspires action and fosters professional growth.
We welcome panel speakers from diverse backgrounds, including:
- Entrepreneur Panel:
- Trailblazing Entrepreneurs – Founders who’ve overcome challenges and built successful startups.

- Visionary Thought Leaders – Experts in entrepreneurship and mental health, offering future insights.

Speaker Eligibility
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (parental consent is not required).
- Adhere to the conference’s Code of Conduct and Terms & Conditions.
- Residing in the Greater Los Angeles area is recommended but not required.
- Be willing to undergo a voluntary background check if requested.
- Understand that all travel and related expenses are the speaker’s responsibility, as the conference does not provide stipends, reimbursements, or accommodations.
Speaker Selection & Notification Process
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until all positions are filled.
- If selected, speakers will receive an official acceptance notice via email, please check your spam.
- Response Deadline: Speakers must confirm their acceptance within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to do so may result in revocation of the invitation.
- The 2025 Connect & Thrive Women’s Conference Board Members reserve the right to make final speaker selections and approve any exceptions to the outlined benefits.
Volunteer Speaker Benefits
Keynote Speakers and Panel Moderators will receive:
- Premium VIP access to the conference, plus one (1) additional Premium VIP ticket.
- Complimentary meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
- Recognition on the conference website and in all marketing materials.
- Complimentary exhibitor booth (guaranteed).
- Access to the VIP Lounge.
- Premium VIP entry to the After Party/Cocktail Hour, plus one (1) additional Premium VIP ticket.
- Exclusive Premium VIP event swag.
Panel Speakers will receive:
- Premium VIP Ticket access to the conference.
- Complimentary meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
- Recognition on the conference website and in all marketing materials.
- Complimentary exhibitor booth (subject to availability).
- Access to the VIP Lounge.
- Entry to the After Party/Cocktail Hour.
- Exclusive Premium VIP event swag.
Application Deadline: The speaker application will remain open until all speaker positions have been filled.
Important Notice: The conference does not provide travel stipends, accommodations, or additional reimbursements.
Event Considerations: A Fashion Show is under review for inclusion in the event schedule but is not guaranteed.

At the Connect & Thrive Women’s Conference, attendees and speakers under 21 years of age are welcome to participate; however, they are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol. To ensure compliance with the legal drinking age of 21, valid identification will be required for all individuals wishing to consume alcohol at the event. This policy is in place to maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere while adhering to legal guidelines. We encourage all participants to familiarize themselves with these regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
