The Application Process

Once you submit your application through the form below, it will be reviewed by our governance or nominations committee. We will carefully consider your background, experience, and alignment with our current board needs. We will endeavor to respond to all applicants within 2-4 weeks regarding the status of their application. We appreciate your patience throughout this process.

Time Commitment

Board members are expected to attend regular board meetings typically quarterly and actively participate in at least one committee. The estimated time commitment varies but generally requires 5-10 hours per month, including meeting preparation, attendance, and committee work.

Board Member Terms: Board members (excluding the President) will serve terms of either 2 or 3 years, at their choice, with a maximum of two consecutive terms.
