Nominee Recognition
We invite nominations for exceptional work supporting women’s or children’s causes, specifically one female teen and one adult woman, both of whom have demonstrated remarkable leadership and advocacy. These nominees will be honored with personalized awards, such as plaques or trophies, celebrating their significant contributions to advancing women’s and children’s issues in their communities and fields.
All selected nominees will be honored at the 2025 Connect & Thrive Women’s Conference, where their achievements will be celebrated. This is a valuable opportunity to acknowledge and elevate the voices of those driving meaningful change in our society. Thank you for participating in this important initiative!
Nominee Rules:
- Eligibility:
- Nominees must be women or female teens who have made significant contributions to advancing women’s or children’s issues in their community or field.
- Categories:
- Nominations are accepted for one adult woman and one female teen.
- Impact:
- Nominees should demonstrate a clear impact through their work, advocacy, or community involvement.
- Consent:
- Nominees must be aware of their nomination and consent to be recognized.
Submission Rules:
- Deadline:
- Nominations must be submitted by January 31, 2025.
- Format:
- Nominations should be submitted in written form, including responses to all questions on this form.

Nomination Review:
- All nominations will be reviewed by The Lady’z Lounge selection committee. Selected nominees will be honored at the 2025 Connect & Thrive Women’s Conference.
