Dating Tips for Women Looking for Their Mr. Right

When I say Mr. Right, I am not talking about the perfect man. I am talking about the perfect/right man for you. None of us are perfect, but a man can be a perfect fit for you and what you are looking for in a man.

Always be yourself. I cannot stress this enough. No one can truly fall in love with you unless they truly know the real you. If he cannot handle who you truly are, then he is not the right man for you.

Now, with that said. I am assuming that you are a genuinely reasonable person with decent morals and values. No one expects you to be perfect, but make sure that you are polite, understanding and pay attention. If you feel that is not the real you, then I suggest you do some self-discover and self-improvement before you start dating. You cannot expect a well-mannered man if you are not a well manner woman. Letโ€™s be real, we can all use a little self-improvement.

Don’t focus or talk about your past too muchThis is a chance for a fresh start and this may possibly be your Mr. Right. Don’t spend your time talking about the things that you hated most about your ex’s. He does not want to hear that and neither do you.

Ask the tough questions (Including questions about COVID-19 exposure)

Some questions need to be asked. You need to have a general and clear understanding of his morals, what and where he envisions his life in the future, his belief system without diving in too deep about religion and his achievements in life. Use this time to discover each other and make a real connection.

When it comes to COVID-19 it is imperative that you ask the right questions for your safety and everyone else’s. You should be asking questions such as: Are you at a job where you are around other people, if so, what are the safety precautions are you and your company taking during and after each interaction? Do you live alone or with other people, if you live with other people, how are you tracking each others risk of exposure? Are you visiting high exposure facilities such as restaurants and other public establishments?

Hopefully, you will address these questions prior to your first in-person meeting. Everyone should be willing and able to talk about the COVID-19. If someone is not willing or able to have this conversation, that should raise some red flags.

Dating should be fun and exciting, but everyone must stay safe. If you need to know more about COVID-19, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
